All control room staff are fully licensed and are highly trained to perform their duties. They are in direct contact with our Security Patrolmen at all times which enables us to respond to alarms quickly.

We provide back to base monitoring. In the event of an alarm being activated the control room will wither contact nominated persons and/or contact our patrol persons to attend the premises.

As well as being a back to base alarm monitoring system, the system also functions as a safety measure for staff. It has a hold up, panic, distress, medical and industrial disaster features as well.

Coastline Security is able to hold keys to your premises so that if an alarm is activated we are able to internally search your premises. We are also able to arrange the system to notify you if your business has not activated the alarm at a nominated time each evening, or if there is an after hours entry.
